The place was packed. Pickel opened the nite up and slayed it. Intel also killed it. Prince Paul had the whole place dancing and singing along to classic joints.

Thursday nite. Meat no 5 ep release party. Maker, DJ Phaded, DJ Maddjazz, and Grauwwelt also performed. I missed Maker's set(but heard it was dope), Grauwwelt was wearing berets and controlling their Mac with what looked like a star trek phaser. Phaded murders the dubstep. Meat no 5 is Big Once on the tables and Ricky Ropesack on the drums. Abstract boom bap sample madness live drum collabo. Check out meats myspace here.

Sean Doe and Prime were the special guests this weekend. I honestly dont remember too much of the nite thanks to my good friend whiskey. DJ Once a month mixtape release party @ Crocodile 5.2.09

Saturdays at crocodile is good stuff. Big Once came thru this saturday to celebrate the release of his mixtape, Booze Broads and Birdcalls. The party was live as usual. People danced, drank, and got crazy. Once's mixtape is very party friendly. Definitely cop that. You can get more info here.
